Accessibility Policy
Our Commitment
Phoenix Bioscience is committed to making phoenixbioscience.co usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to learn about our products, read our information, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.
This policy explains how we approach accessibility, what we do and do not use, and how to reach us if something on the site does not work for you.
Standards We Follow
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our guide when designing, building, and updating the site. These guidelines are the widely recognized standard for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
We aim to meet these guidelines, but we do not claim full conformance. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we improve the site as issues are found.
How We Approach Accessibility
Accessibility is built into the site itself rather than added on afterward. Our efforts include:
- Semantic HTML and a logical heading structure so screen readers can navigate the page
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
- Keyboard navigation for menus, links, buttons, and forms
- Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can see where they are
- Clear labels on form fields
- Layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and browser zoom levels
- Captions or transcripts for video content where practical
Third-Party Accessibility Tools
Phoenix Bioscience does not use, and does not plan to purchase or install, third-party accessibility overlays, widgets, plugins, or paid accessibility services on this website.
This is a deliberate choice. We prefer to address accessibility in the site's design and code, where it works with the assistive technology visitors already use, such as screen readers, browser zoom, and operating system settings.
If a barrier exists on the site, we will address it directly rather than through an add-on tool.
Known Limitations
Some content may not be fully accessible, particularly older documents such as PDFs, embedded content from third parties (for example, video players or maps), and content provided by outside sources. We do not control the accessibility of third-party websites linked from our site.
If you need information from any part of the site in another format, contact us and we will work to provide it.
Feedback and Contact
If you have trouble accessing any part of this website, please let us know. Contact:

Review of This Policy
We review this policy periodically and update it as the website changes. This policy was last updated in October 2026.
